Importance: High

Hello Mr. Youse.

Prices shall be firm against any increase for a period of 6 months from the effective date of the contract or as specified on RFQ.  As per SC1, #2….As the need arises, the awarded bidder(s)  shall be eligible to participate in RFQs. The bidder(s) prices must remain firm for 6 months or as specified. An increase not to exceed 5% max is allowed every six months, NOT PER EACH MARKET INCREASE.  A certified letter from the mill showing price increases(s) must accompany the request…...

The above info. comes directly from SC1 #2 and 3 except NOT PER EACH MARKET INCREASE.

Hope this helps.

Thank you.

Page SC 1

Paragraph 3 – Pricing

……”an increase not to exceed 5% of the initial contract price.”

Question – is this stating that a max of 5% is allowed during the full term of 2 years, or is it stating that a max of 5% is allowed “per each” market increase?
