Prices shall be firm
against any increase for a period of 6 months from the effective date of the
contract or as specified on RFQ. As per SC1, #2….As the need arises, the
awarded bidder(s) shall be eligible to participate in RFQs. The bidder(s)
prices must remain firm for 6 months or as specified. An increase not to exceed
5% max is allowed every six months, NOT PER EACH MARKET INCREASE. A
certified letter from the mill showing price increases(s) must accompany the
request…...
The above info. comes
directly from SC1 #2 and 3 except NOT PER EACH MARKET INCREASE.

– is this stating that a max of 5% is allowed during the full term of 2 years,
or is it stating that a max of 5% is allowed “per each” market
increase?
